A safe space for neurodivergent and LGBTIQ+ individuals to communicate, connect and cultivate.
Welcome friend!
My name is Phoebe (or Sheepy!), I’m a 24-year old AuDHD creature, whose goal is to create a safe and positive space where people can find inclusion, belonging and acceptance.
I’m wanting to help other young adults from a lived-experience basis. From what I’ve seen and experienced after childhood, most neurodivergent/autistic supports drop off and leave vulnerable young adults struggling without many forms of assistance outside of therapies.
I want to step in and do what I can to fight against this gap, which is why I want to create and assist in co-designing a Neurodivergent-Led Support Network/Studio that focuses on creating plans and pathways for young adults who are struggling to find a place in a neurotypical world.

All supports and services are all-inclusive and non-judgmental!
Our Values
Connection
Everyone deserves a judgement-free space where they feel understood and supported.
Part of what we want to do is create this space where one can feel like they are less alone or isolated from the world, and find someone who ‘gets’ them, or can relate to their situation.
Finding ways to connect people with struggles and difficulties back to themselves, so they can find services that work for them, and access the community in a way that they aren’t just another number or data entry.
Creative Agency
Everyone deserves the freedom to express themselves and grow in the ways that work for them.
Another part of what we want to do is understand how one learns, communicates and expresses themselves, so that we can support each individual in their own unique way.
We understand that everyone works differently, which is why all our supports will be intended to be individually tailored for the person, instead of being standardized or institutionalized.
Curiosity
Everyone deserves someone who explores and asks the ‘why’s when something needs more information or context to work with.
We can’t get everything right the first time, which is why we work with feedback, comments, and any other research and questions. We work on creating an experience that best suits you.
We will ensure to regularly ask for, and work on any feedback, ideas or concerns that are raised to us, so that we can ensure a service that acts in your best interest, and doesn’t just leave feedback items in a spreadsheet.
Collaboration
Everyone deserves to help path the way forward to greater and more accessible supports.
We can only do this with the help of honest and genuine feedback, especially since we wish to co-design our supports and services with people from different backgrounds and identities. As we gather more feedback, we’re able to implement strategies to assist more people.
We want to put community first, and ensure that the collective experience is as good as the individual experience.
The Guarantee
We don’t stand harassment, discrimination, bullying or any form of toxicity.
We take action against the individuals who seek to disturb our values or seek to hurt others. We will step in, wherever we can, before such escalates, and offer a caring hand of support for any individual(s) affected.
Please note that any sort of misconduct on any of my platforms may result in consequences, such as termination of my provided services.
Please note that I am not a professional, nor am I trained in any way. These services are purely out of personal experience and research.
I’m not equipped for complex mental health/urgent or legal needs, and I’d strongly recommend contacting lifeline on 13 11 14 for such.
We see that improvement is best achieved by seeing your perspective too, feedback will be taken into consideration with co-designing our services.
